David Hayward opened his studio shop and workshop at 29 Suffolk Parade, a Grade 2 listed building, in December 2000. It is in an area of Cheltenham known as the ‘Suffolks’ where there are restaurants, coffee shops and many individual retailers, designers and craftsmen.

A visit to the studio shop will reveal many designs and 'one-off' pieces not found on the website.

The annual street fair at the end of May attracts thousands of visitors and has made the ‘Suffolks’ a retail destination with a difference.
